This means that I do not just put your property in the MLS (multi listing service) and sit back and wait. It means that I use the Northwood marketing system to take proactive positive steps to sell your property in the shortest amount of time possible. 

The very first step in employing the Northwood Marketing System is to sit down with the customer, discuss the customer needs, look over the home and then document all the characteristics of the home such as room sizes, amenities, lot size, age of home   mechanics  ect. Then the agent develops a comprehensive CMA using the collected data along with current and historic MLS data.

The next step is to sit down with the perspective home seller and together decides upon the perfect asking price for your home. Then once the price is established and all the legal forms are presented and explained to the customer, and finally signed by both customer and agent, then it is time to take property photos and place the data into the MLS.

Next the home will be scheduled for a yard sign, placement into the Sunday Observer Reporter Real Estate Section (Washington Homes) and Northwoods Guide to Homes television show.

Then the agent will set up a Realtor Tour and a  schedule of open house showings to the Public. The home will be highlighted in Harmon Homes Magazine and on several websites, including the agents personal site.
